I have found Jerry to be an excellent, professional personal trainer. I have known him for over 9 years, and have observed him take a wide variety of exercise classes, and also help many male and female clients of different ages, sizes and abilities to achieve very rewarding weight loss and gain maximum fitness and body tone. Most importantly, he makes it FUN! so that his clients continue to exercise with his guidance, to achieve their goals.

He is friendly and encouraging when you hesitate or feel you are not doing "quite so well!" and he carefully "tailors" the sessions to suit each individual and their needs. His enthusiasm for fitness and exercise is always evident and inspirational, and will undoubtedly change your attitude to exercise, so that you will always enjoy your training sessions.

After heavy medication I became overweight for the first time, at 12st. 10lbs., and was very upset to find that usual dieting was not removing that weight. As soon as I tried his exercise classes, alongside "sensible eating", the weight came off steadily and quite rapidly, and has remained fairly constant ever since.

As I reached near to my "goal" weight, I decided to "invest" in his personal training, because I had seen with my own eyes how his personal training had worked for other clients. I, like many people thought personal training was not for me, but I am now so pleased that I overcame my initial" nerves" to try a course of sessions. I was delighted with the thrilling result of reaching 8st. 10lbs (to make a total weight loss of 4 stone!) To me it has become a pleasure to shop for clothes, as I was originally dress size 16+, and I have been a size 10 now for 5 years, and even occasionally a size 8! Just think what fun YOU will have, buying clothes for your new trim figure! In my first session, as indeed he will for you, Jerry took me through reassuring health checks, and made an individual programme of structured tasks to improve my strength and stamina, and assist weight loss.

Personal training is where I feel Jerry's strength lies, and he is most ably gifted, to best help and inspire you, in your quest for your ideal body shape. He uses a wide variety of activities in your training sessions. It may well include skipping, weight training, boxing and Kick Boxing, running up stairs (a wonderful challenge, and a confidence booster! Imagine telling your friends you ran up 4, 8 or even12 flights of stairs, they will be very impressed!). He uses the exercise ball you may well be familiar with, but in many different and unusual ways. He will introduce you to the BOSU, the very best and most effective balance and core- strengthening piece of equipment on the market. You may also wish to request to include some Yoga? His most recent addition to his "arsenal " of equipment is a weighted vest, which looks like a bullet- proof vest! This will make any exercise that you do much more efficient at helping you loose weight, so it is worthwhile your feeling warm in it! Also it is liberating when you do remove it, loosing 14lbs. instantly! He has a variety of outside exercise venues, which you will come to enjoy, especially in summer; a pleasant alternative to a "stuffy, crowded gym!"

You will never get bored in your sessions, he will always surprise you with new challenges (I should know! He has trained me, almost continuously for over 3 years, weekly, and he somehow still manages to come up with new ideas and challenges to make it FUN! )

He carefully devises different sessions for each and every individual client. He strives to continuously develop and update his knowledge and exercise equipment to push you, and indeed himself a little further each week, so that you feel like a team, as you progress throughout your training sessions together.

If you are serious about loosing weight, and improving your fitness and body shape, I feel fully confident to recommend Jerry to anyone, irrespective of your shape, size or age!

I had been attending Jerry's Tighter Assets class for a few months and was thrilled with the fantastic results I was getting. It was around this time that I began personal training.

At our first session Jerry discussed with me what I wanted to achieve. As someone that has always struggled with their weight I was hoping to become fitter, more toned and hopefully lose some weight into the bargain. Jerry gave me plenty of healthy eating and diet advice which proved very effective.

Jerry is a brilliant trainer. He is very professional but at the same time friendly and fun. He is full of enthusiasm and really knows how to spur you on! I thoroughly enjoyed every session!! I like the fact that I was challenged each week and encouraged every step of the way. Every single one of our sessions was different from the last which was great! There is no chance of getting bored as you never know what is coming next!!

Over a matter of weeks I was amazed at the results. I was training with Jerry only once a week and I couldn't believe just how dramatically my body shape was changing. I was thrilled that I was easily losing weight and at just how fit I had become! I can honestly say I have never felt fitter or looked leaner and more toned in my life!! As well as looking great the confidence it gave me was amazing!!

For anyone wanting to get fit or lose weight I cannot recommend Jerry highly enough!!! Like he says "a little burn gets you firm!"......

12 weeks ago when I started my PT with Jerry , I could barely drive myself home, my arms were like jelly! I wondered what on earth I had signed up for and whether I really had the stamina to continue. 12 weeks later I`m a completely different shape and I`ve lost 41/2 pounds (an added bonus!).
