My
training is designed to get you into the best possible shape!
I include training that will benefit you in your everyday
life, this includes balance, stability and
co-ordination which are all key functional
skills that will enhance your life, your sport and your
mind and body!
Many trainers in gyms are too reliant on machines to do
the training, and personally, if I wanted to train on machines,
then I would do this on my own.
I like to think of my training as creative, simple, effective
and most of all, Functional.
The activities you can expect to be doing include
skipping, weight training, Bosu integrated balance training,
combat/boxing workout, circuits, and step and many more.
All sessions are personally supervised by me and you can
be sure of a fun and energising workout that will leave
you refreshed and invigorated for your day ahead or destressed
after a hard day in the office!
At your initial consultation,
we will sit down and discuss your goals in detail; you will
also have a chance to ask me any questions you might have
regarding nutrition, lifestyle change. I will also perform
a basic health check to make sure you are ready to train,
this includes weight, blood pressure test.
Arranging your sessions
is quick and easy, we simply agree our venue, whether at
home or outdoors and set the time. You'll be on your way
to a results based workout and within 8-12 weeks, you will
see differences that will transform the way you look and
feel! People around you will notice the changes in you,
and maybe a few compliments will come your way too! Your
clothes will start to fit better, and you'll look better
in them too! But I guess the most important thing is that
you are taking positive steps towards looking after your
health and fitness, whether its for weight loss/gain, muscle
build, shape and tone, or to rehabilitate after an injury,
its just for you and the benefits will do you a world of
good.
