FAQ

Q: Do I need to go to a gym for my sessions?
A: No, all sessions can take place at your home, office or an outdoor venue such as the local park. This saves your time and costly gym membership fees.

Q: Will I need any equipment?
A: No, all necessary equipment is provided, so all you need to do is turn up!

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my session?
A: No problem, simply telephone giving 24hrs notice.

Q: Will I get bored?
A: Impossible! I will provide you with a varied and fun workout each and every session, you will never know what's coming next!!

Q: Do I have to book a block of sessions?
A: No, you can book either way, in blocks of 5, 10, 20 or one at a time.

Q: Do I need to see the doctor before I begin my training as well as reassuring health checks on blood pressure, weight, height...?
A: Only if you have a medical reason that may affect your ability to exercise, for example high blood pressure, asthma, heart conditions. You will complete a health screening questionnaire prior to starting your exercise programme.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes, I am required by the National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT) and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) to have liability insurance.

Q: Are you first aid qualified?
A: All personal trainers and massage therapists are required to have first aid qualifications, so yes
